Who: Dr. James Hansen, top climate scientist (best known for congressional hearings on climate change in late 1980s with Al Gore) joins with students, community members of the Leadership Campaign

What:  Dr. Hansen will be rallying, camping out, and lobbying the state government for 100% clean electricity by Jan 2020 with participants of the Leadership Campaign, a network of primarily college students from across Massachusetts working for legitimate and necessary solutions for global climate disruption.  Police arrived at 3:00AM last week to issue citations for trespassing and are expected to do so again early Monday morning.

10:00am: Senate Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change Hearing with Dr. James Hansen, Bishop Bud Cederholm, Economist Frank Ackerman, and student leader Dominique McCadden.
